Thank you for joining me here! I’ve been a passionate student and teacher for most of my adult life. I started the journey of learning as a student & then teacher in a Japanese Martial art. This led to my introduction to yoga and my deepdive “down the rabbit hole”. I offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Core Power yoga, Slow Flow, Yin yoga, Myo Fascia Release, Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra classes and workshops. I am currently teaching online classes & in person at studios on the Northern Beaches of New South Wales. I look forward to sharing a practice with you.

Breathe-Move-Be Yoga Studio Zoom Online classes. Have a look at the styles and descriptions in the Book Online link which may  be helpful when making a choice of what sort of class you would like to explore.  Class schedule MONDAY : Vinyasa Flow  7.30-8.30am.  FRIDAY : Slow Flow  7.30-8.30am.

Maureen and Lucinda have been creating immersions on the Northern Beaches over the last 4 years and are very excited to announce our Day Retreat.

The day will be filled with mindful movement of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Meditation, Breathwork, 2hr Yin, Reiki and Sound Bath, nourishing food and opportunities to immerse yourself in nature, as the ocean is a 3 minute walk away.
